                                                                My Life Next Door
                                                                By: Huntley Fitzpatrick

This is a fantastic book about friendship, family, first love and trust.

My Life Next Door is the kind of story that you expect to be light and fluffy but then it surprises you.
I thought this book would be very cliché: little rich girl falls for the boy next door; gets a whole new perspective on life through the eyes of a financially-strained, but very happy — unlike her own — family; but she learns so much about her self and her family.

Something bad happens with her mom and her boyfriend that threatens a life of Jase's  family member and when she finds out the truth she has to do the right thing. Is it to keep her moms secret or tell the truth and jeopardize her  relationship.

This book is an auto biography. I have not read a lot of them. I saw the movie trailer for this book and I was very interested. It drew me in and I wanted to know more! So I picked up the book and read it so I could compare it to the movie, I like to read the book before I see the movie.

I am a little less than half way through this book. I don't normally like war books but this one is very good! I like how when he uses military terms he put in parentheses what it means.

I am dying to know what happens to the people in the prologue. It stopped on a cliff hanger. I think he will shoot them because they were dangerous. But you never know. I recommend this book to everyone. So far its a good read.
